Welcome to Jolly Tots Creche
Jolly Tots located at Ballycarney, Green Road, Carlow opened its doors in July 2000 and is going from strength to strength under the caring hands of owner and manager Nicholas Russell who has many years of childcare experience. Our team of teachers are all qualified and experienced and share one common goal which is the best interests of the child.
Our aim at Jolly Tots is to provide a nurturing learning environment where children are encouraged to creatively explore their world. We provide a unique opportunity for each child to develop and grow at their own pace in conjunction with Aistear our early years curriculum framework. Jolly Tots also has a purpose built and spacious outdoor play area in which the children can enjoy outdoor activities in a safe and secure environment and we are extremely proud to have been the 'Mums & Tots' winner of the best creche of the year award in 2013.
Jolly Tots provides a home from home environment for both full and part-time children in which we provide nutritious meals for all children availing of our full time service. Our services include a baby room, a wobbler/toddler room and a preschool/ECCE room as well as an afterschool programme which includes drop off and collection to the local primary schools.
We are currently enrolled for the ECCE scheme along with the More Affordable Childcare scheme and places do fill up fast so please contact us to avoid disappointment.
The centre opens from 7.45am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday and is open all year round in order to facilitate the needs of busy parents. Jolly Tots is recognised for its high quality and best practices in the early years and is registered and approved by Tusla.
