Founded in July 2000, under the guiding hand of Margaret Fennelly, crèche owner/ manager, Jolly Tots crèche has aspired to become the leading childcare and early education provider within the Carlow region.

Here at Jolly Tots we strive to support you the parents whilst nurturing you child’s unique potential. Our staff are dedicated, loving and warm and it is these qualities that make Jolly Tots childcare a home from home.

We provide full day care services to toddlers, preschool and after school children in a high quality, purpose built facility. Our facility also includes a large outdoor secure play area which will enhance your child’s motor and athletic abilities. At Jolly Tots we strive to support families and children, and to make a difference in your life and that of your local community.

Jolly Tots Crèche/playschool is registered for the ECCE Government scheme & would encourage any parent interested to contact us as early as possible in order to book and secure your child’s place for the coming year.

Wobblers/ Toddlers:
Here children are given every opportunity to learn, play & discover within a safe environment

Playschool: 2- 3½ yrs
Children begin to play together, vocabulary increases greatly & sentences are formed rather than just words.

Pre-School: 3½- 5 yrs
In pre–school children learn the basics to more than equip them for the school environment.

After School
This is a service which allows the school going child to have a relax- ed after-noon of supervised care
